Medical/Case history
We require clients to fill in a medical history before the some of the treatments and we request that you advise us in advance if you have any medical conditions that may contraindicate for some treatments, or if you are pregnant or expecting to be pregnant .
*We do not wax or massage anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments.
*Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatments to clients with questionable medical conditions, or for other reasons.
Etiquette & safety
For some treatments such as Hawaiian Ka huna massage, Brazilian waxing it may be appropriate for clients to remove all or part of articles of clothing to enhance the results. Clients will be appropriately covered with towels in most of the cases.
Reserving appointments / cancellations Policy
We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all treatments respectfully. This policy also applies to gift certificates, pre-paid treatments and treatment cards.
